Canada based filmmaker Anna Maria Mouradian is a 2nd year student at the Film Animation program at Concordia University in Montreal. Before pursuing a career in film, Mouradian graduated at the top of her class from Syria University in Kalamoon, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. In April of 2015 she received an award for outstanding achievement in the Film Animation Program. In April of 2015 she received an award for outstanding achievement in the Film Animation Program. Her first film ‘Shattered’, a heart-wrenching animation about the impact of violence on families in the Middle East, has been screened at several festivals.
